For those of you who wants the speed of Windows XP and looks of windows 7, you can install a free transformation pack that will change the look of your Windows XP to Windows 7. Seven Remix XP 2.1 is a free transformation pack to make windows XP like windows 7. It patches various system files and installs a theme matching that of windows 7.
The software works on the following platforms:
- Windows XP (Home, Pro, RTM, SP1, SP2, SP3, Corporate)
- Windows 2003 (Standard, Enterprise, Datacenter, Web, RTM, SP1)
- Windows Media Center Edition (2003, 2004, 2005)
- Windows XP Tablet PC Edition
- All Language Versions
The software does NOT work with 64 bit versions of Windows.
The software patches all the system files automatically, taking backups. You can uninstall the theme using Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel.
