Download Ultrasn0w 1.2.5 to unlock iOS 5.0.1 for iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4

Ultrasn0w has been updated by iPhone dev team and it can now unlock iPhone on iOS 5.0.1 for iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4. It doesn’t support any new basebands, but only supports iOS 5.0.1 on older basebands.

Here is a step by step guide to unlock iPhone on iOS 5.0.1:

1. Jailbreak your iPhone
2. Open Cydia. Tap “Manage” on the bottom and then tap “Sources”.
3. Tap on “Edit” and then “Add”. When prompted for URL, enter http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com
4. Tap on “Add Source”.  Cydia will now update its database. It may take some time.
5. Search for “ultrasn0w″ in Cydia and install it. This app will automatically unlock your iPhone so that you can use it with any carrier.
